Reason why New User With Avatar is NOT displaying in EasySocial Users module on home page?

I am not sure if this is a bug or just something I am not seeing but at our homepage at https://www.starch-smart.com I have installed the module "EasySocial Users" in the grid1 position to display the users. The latest user always appears on the far left. I just now had a new user sign up but this new user is NOT displaying there. She has selected an Avatar which was our criteria for who to display. She has also been enabled. The users name is Eileen O'Donnell.
I recently upgraded to version 1.2.8

The avatars are actually uploaded through the Profile types and the user chose these default avatars as their avatar. That settings in the module is to only fetch users that "uploaded" a new avatar.

Hello Sean,

The module would only pick up users who has "uploaded" avatars. The user "Eileen" did not upload an avatar, as she's using a default avatar that is selected on the site

Interesting... and... Thank you!
I had assumed that it was displaying all users with an avatar whether or not they had used my default only because there are some users with a white head and grey background that are NOT what I selected as a default image. So, I am very curious how that is happening. I just turned it on to show ALL users except for administrators. Sure would like to know how the white heads on grey backgrounds are getting into the system. Do you think maybe my users are deleting their default avatar?
