'Read' status in conversations?

Is there a status to show that a message has been read?
There is one to show that typing is taking place, but I find it strange I cant see one to indicate if a message has been read?

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately there is no such feature at this point of time. Perhaps, can you create a new ticket under feature request so that our developer can keep track the feature that can be implement in the future
