Actually this is the correct behavior of the email notification where the blog content is truncated when there is "readmore". The truncated content before readmore is call blogintro and the rest is call blogcontent. Here I have attached to you a file in which you can give it a try and see if this is what you wish. You can put it here and override the existing file: \administrator\components\com_easyblog\tables\blog.php . By the way, this is a customization where it doesn't include the the next releases. You need to make a backup first before update EasyBlog to the latest.

If I have a post that looks like the following:

Intro text
[Read More]
The rest of the text.

When I publish the article the "Intro text" is NOT displayed and the article starts at "The rest of the text". This is VERY frustrating.

I have replaced the file and I still see the problem.
Every one of my blogs is now cut in half with the paragraphs before the "Read More" not appearing. This is now a VERY URGENT issue!

I have found the problem and now solved it.
It's a feature option that allows you to hid the introtext in entry view......very strange option!
