Do you mean that you want the system to automatically split the content for you during save rather than manually adding the read more tag?
I would like to manually add the read more tag, but would like to know where is that tag.
To have info after how many letters tag was inserted. Something like 159/600 where is 159 no. of letters where is tag inserted and 600 is total no. of letters in article.
Hope that make sense...
