Reaction bar issues

Hi Guys

Couple of issues with the reactions bar.

1: when you click like on mobile it just selects like and not the bar appear like it does in desktop.
You have to press the like for a second to get the bar to appear.

2: on mobile the like reaction is off the screen as in screenshot.

1. This is the intended behavior for displaying the reaction list.

2. I will log this issue in our tracker.
