I have checked your site after disabling payplans jreview app also. After disabling payplans jreview plugin , no restriction made on this.
Still it's not allowed to upload any media without payplans interruption.

Payplans jreview app will apply limit restriction when user try to upload and add any listing / media as per payplans resource table. no change will be applied on jreview setting. You can try to upload after disabling Payplans jreview plugin also.

Can you update me the response jreview team told you , which setting is reflected by Payplans.
Update me or correct me if i misunderstood.

When I created another free account I didn't have any issues.

Let me know the username for which you have created free account.

I have checked and found you have already disabled Payplans Jreview app instance.So payplans will not restrict any jreview listing.see attached screen shot. Also, i have tried to check this issue after disabling Payplans system plugin also , after disablingPayplans system plugin, payplans will not do anything, so the issue is not related to payplans and no limit set using payplans.

I have created one testuser with username (testuser2) and try to upload listing before and after disabling payplans.
I am not able to post any media file in both scenarios. I have checked your jreview listing settings also , you have not set any limit on photos. Can you share me the response of jreview team where the limit is restricted.
