Random 403 errors again

Hi.
I am suddenly getting random 403 errors again this afternoon. All I have done is uploaded Avatars, added an extra section into the registration profile, and put in some overrides for the EasyDiscuss language in the joomlar back end. None of these I would imagine would cause an issue, correct?
Specifically, the /dashboard URL is giving 403 errors again, is is clicking on any achievement badges.
I've cleared the sh404 cache down to see if that would help, but nothing...

Hm, for some reasons it looks like your menu item "Login to U-Read" is actually causing errors, http://screencast.com/t/IMAnOm6e . SH404 seems to be using this menu item for the urls. After setting the access to public, it works fine now.

Firstly, do you ever sleep?!
Secondly, I don't recall modifying that today - I could be wrong, but honestly don't recall changing anything on the menu structure. Odd.
Thanks for sorting it out for me... Going to go do some serious head scratching now.
