Sorry about that, I only mean the placeholders (on mouse hover icons) are not translated and I don't find where are the variables if there are some.

Those are translated in the extension's language file that is located in /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini . For instance, for photos, you could look for the translation below:

APP_USER_PHOTOS_PANEL_TOOLTIP="Share Photos"

We have already fixed this internally but there are quite a number of changes and file changes as well, we will have to release a new version of EasySocial to address this.
