Hi DeShion,
In order for the quick registration fields to show, you would need to first enable the custom fields that will be showing in the quick registration(for example: http://take.ms/u8bjs). I have helped you do this for the Full Name field. You can select which custom field you would like to show in the quick registration then just enable that setting and save.
