That was known issue, can you try download my attached file and replace into this JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/ajax/ajax.php and see how it goes.

That worked but it is not showing like it does show like it does here https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/modules/quick-registration-module

It just shows a button that says Register For An Account Today and then take you to the full registration page.

You can refer this documentation how to show those custom field into quick registration form.
