Happy New Year!

We are using a quick registration form on our front page. However, the location detection part doesn't appear to work. When you complete the form, and try to click the 'set a location' button nothing happens. The mouse cursor changes to a 'stop' icon when I hover over the button.

This occurs in all browsers.

The 3 Google Map APIs you specify have been activated using my google account, and the API key has been generated and saved inside the correct Easysocial location settings page.

The location setting is not essential to the site. So if it cannot be fixed easily, I am happy to remove it from the quick registration form entirely if this is easier.

I've included a picture of the quick reg from for reference.

Thanks for your time!
Hi there,

Can you provide us with your FTP access for further check on this issues?

Hi there,

I have accessed your ftp and it seems to be working fine but, there are no files in that directory as shown https://screencast.com/t/p21hD1me. And can your re-provide us with your backend access as maybe it got over-written when you updated your FTP access above. Please advice
