I've tried to replicate the module issue by logged in as user and post, the question has successfully posted with the description. Did I miss anything? As for the Attachment tab, I got this error when viewing your page: http://screencast.com/t/dn3w7Arn1 . Can you try with other template example Joomla default template: Protostar. By the way, I've tried to log in to your FTP but I got this: Login authentication failed . Please advise.

Try to log in as a user without authentication and see that the description field is blank on the next page. I wish that the guests could write the question on the module and when they click "submit" only have to write the name and email to post the question.

Ah, I see the problem now. The workflow of the module is should this way: It will check if the guest able to post a question or not. If yes, it will show Name and Email field. Once the guest post a question with those name and email, it will directly create a post in ED without going in the ask question page. But unfortunately, the module is using old code to check for permission which I've already fixed it for you. This fix will be included in the next version of ED module.

One more issue I found while debugging your site, the Recaptcha did not appear. I've re-enter the recaptcha public and private key, and it is working now.
