Hi there-

I've worked quite a bit with EasyBlog, and on other sites - Quick Post goes directly to the content input screen. However on this installation (info below), it's routing to the dashboard.

For example - instead of going to domain.com/content-submission, but it's routing to domain.com/content-submission/dashboard.

Any thoughts?

Thanks again for the continued amazing support!

Best,
Kevin
Hey Kevin,

it seems like you didn't enable this setting Quick Postings from backend, once i enabled it, it work fine now.

Can you give it a check again?

Thanks Arlex! You're amazing!

So one follow-up question - I'm submitting an image, video, quote, etc, but that's not showing up in the front-end. Can you please advise?

Thanks again!

Best,
Kevin

You're welcome.

Hm, it seems like I was unable to replicate this issue, when i tried to submit a test post through that quickpost section, it did show my test post on this page domain.com/blog , for now i already unpublished that blog post.

Perhaps you can try create a new blog post, then let me know which blog post is not show on your blog listing page.

Hi Arlex - thanks for the quick response! However, in your screenshot - I'm not seeing any images/ video/ quotes that were available as input fields from the Quick Post? Perhaps I'm missing something?

Yes, i think you misunderstand how this quick post work, if you press submit on "Photo" tab, this blog post will publish it without what you type on other tab.

For example :

When i press publish button on "Text" tab, it will only store as what you enter that blog title and content on this "Text" tab.

Based on what i see, i think you would like to add photo, video, quotes all in 1 blog post right?

If yes, I would suggest you change your menu item type to "Easyblog - composer layout", this will allow you insert photo, video, quotes in the same blog post.
