Does not fit the date in the question report and the date in the detail of the question.
It could also be an accurate date instead
"The last activity was back in 2018 years"

Somehow your post `modified` date is set to "0000-00-00 00:00:00" which causing this issue.

I already help you run this following sQL from your database, that modified date should same as `created` date now.

update `w5w4j_discuss_posts` set `modified` = `created`;

Can you check again is it work fine now?

But I will see two different values. And logically I do not understand why there are two and according to which it is to be sorted.
Recent activity is according to me the same as last answer.

Last activity was 2 months ago Super User replied 2 months ago

Actually the first time lapse is when created this discussion, and the second one is showing the last replied time.

Hi Zdeněk Kříž,

OK and sort by the last answer?

Regarding the above, not sure if i understand correct the 'sort by last answer' but do you mean sort by last replied datetime? If yes, the sort by 'latest' is now sorting the last replied date. Please see http://screen.stackideas.com/Recent_Posts_2017-06-13_11-07-03.png

Hope this help and have a nice day

Hi Zdeněk Kříž,

Yes, You are right. The 'latest' sort option is sorting the items based on the last replied date
