1. When my users have created an Event, how can I know which way this event has been created?

There will a new stream created on Easysocial home page as listed below

2. What are the differences (visibility? management by Group owner?) between the both?

For clusters type(page, events, groups), it is based on the clusters itself, as for example, if your groups are invited only group, that event will be invited only also and also can be accessible on the groups itself only.

How can I know which way the blog article has been created ?

Currently, for newly created blog, for user, it will shown as "created a new blog" and stream will shown, and for cluster type(page, events, groups), it will shown "posted a new blog" and stream will shown. By the way, we have discussed this and will improve this in order to avoid confusion on the site.
