Feature : When switching a user's profile, admin can also choose to switch their joomla user groups as well.

This feature is available for the admin switch the user profile type from backend > Easysocial > user > check my screenshot (switch_profile.png) below.

Feature : Automatically assign newly registered users into groups depending on the profile type selection.

This feature allows you to automatically assign users that signs up with this profile type to join the group automatically. Check my second screenshot below.

For the second one, is it assigning them to a ES group or a JS group???

Regarding the second feature is assign them to Easysocial group.

Ugh! Too bad. This is so close to the feature I have wanted for quite a while now.
I need EasySocial to automatically assign the user to 1 or more JS groups when the join a ES group. And of course be removed from the JS groups when they leave the ES group. This is so that "Premium" members who are approved for a specific ES group that offers premium benefits, can instantly gain access to those premium benefit areas of the website using the JS security group assigned to them.

Oh yes, I have done that. But with so many features requested on your Voice site it is hard to get attention to your individual request.
I have paid a developer to write the enhancement as well and it works. I have also turned that code over to you so that you can implement it in a future release.
