Question on Unread Filter

Hi,

when using Unread Filter, I found that originally, there is only one sorting 'Latest', please see the attachment.

I'd like to know why?
now I have displayed them all and don't know if there are anything I should consider or not?

That is the correct and default behavior for it when you selected 'unread' filter.

Hey there,

This behavior has occurred since a very old version of it.

After discussing with our developers, we will consider to open all sorting to the unread filter.

You can go to JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/frontpage/filters.php and remove the following code at line 84 and 87:


  <?php if ($activeFilter != 'unread') { ?>

and


  <?php } ?>
