Hello PayPlans support,

In the description of the Fixed Date Expiration App it is said '…all the future subscriptions can be ended on a specific date…'
Does it mean that the already subscribed plans are not affected by the App?

Thank you
Hello Simon,

Yes, this app is applicable for those plan only which are subscribed after creation of this app.
Previously subscribed plan will not get affected by this change(before app created).

Let me know if you have any query.

Hello Manisha,

Is there a way to change end subscription date (by setting a specific day eg: december 30th 2018 ) for all ongoing subscriptions?

I'm asking because my client wishes to change his model of subscription.
Now instead of subscription base on time period (12 monthes), he would like to have subscription with fixed end date.

Regards

Hello Simon,

you can change the expiration date of subscription by editing subscription.
To change expiration date for existing subscriber, you can write script or can change from database also.

Let me know if have any query.
