Actually we do have show a list of registered user on the page, you can click on "people" link from the toolbar, so it will show all the registered user on the site.

Perhaps you referring another thing? If yes, is it possible elaborate more details regarding this?

I'm referring to ConverseKit. Because we don't need a Friends system and it's disabled, we also can't add participants to chat sessions.

I am sorry for the misunderstand in your question in earlier, unfortunately that was no setting to set show all the site registered contact on Conversekit, to achieve this you have to modify the Easysocial core file.

JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/conversations/conversations.php (getContacts method)

Feature request submitted as any tweaks I make will unfortunately be overridden by updates. If this is a feature that can be paid for, I'd love to get a quote.

There seems to be a plugin that adds friend automatically when they register on the site, https://stackideas.com/apps/item/554-autofriend . Perhaps this would be ideal for your implementation?

I contacted the developer and the news is promising! I'll install that and see if it resolves my issue.
