This is just a suggestion, but I'm using an older version of Kuro, and I decided to flip these elements on the form. The basic idea was that putting the required parts of the comment before the comment itself might limit activity. Conversely, allowing people to start sharing their opinions first would help get the ball rolling. And once they offered their 2 cents, they would be less likely to abandon it once they get to the part of entering their name and email. I hope I'm explaining that right.
