How do I put moderation for comments?

Currently it is not possible to moderate comments made on EasyDiscuss posts. You can however moderate new posts under Settings > Moderation as you can see here, http://take.ms/gSMHF

The new posts are already moderate but the client wanted to moderate comments because if one writes of things obscene see them all.
Some solution?

Yes, currently that was not possible integration with Komento.
