Try download my attached file and replace into your JoomlaFolder/template/yourtemplate/html/com_easysocial/login/default.php (you have to manually create the new folder)

After that go to your backend > extension > module manager > click NEW > select custom HTML module > put your image inside the content > set your position to es-login-form-right-image on that module position.

I am sorry for the confusion here. My colleague actually provide a template override solution for you where these modification will not get override after each new update of your easysocial. Regarding on the non-existing path, you need to create the path yourself by creating new folder /templates/yourtemplate/html/com_easysocial/login/ respectively and then place the file inside login folder.
