I noticed an app installed after updating to 2.1.2 which you can see below.

When selecting the app from the frontend the last screenshot is what is loaded.

Hey James,

Hm, we don't actually have such an app, the only push app we have is the onesignal one. I tried to access the admin area but it isn't working, http://take.ms/q0WNL . Can you please advise?
