For all extensions (ES, ED, ..)
Or share with us all phrases ?

Push notifications messages : Actor replied to your discussion for example
is there a specific file for notifications or it use the other extensions translations ?

Those are translated in the language file of the respective app that generates the notification. In this case, you should be looking at /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_discuss.ini

ok, push notifications plugin use the other languages per extension (ED, ES, ..)

i thought there is a speicifc ini file for pushes.

Nope, they are the same, otherwise we'll be dealing with insane amount of languages
