Hi Tamer,

Another option could be switching on 'Send emails at refresh'. You find this option at backend -> easysocial -> settings -> email transport method.

None of both. Since it is not possible to set email notification to no as default I have no email notifications for users because I think most people are disgusted by getting emails by default.
But this definitely depends on the community and so the members you have.

The only way to minimize the time is to reduce the cron interval but that will also be causing other emails to be dispatched. I personally feel that 15 - 30 seconds is a golden time.

You need to check with your hosting provider if they allow you to run 15 / 30 seconds. Not everyone allows this

Looks like your hosting provider does not allow cronjobs activity of less than 1 minute. :/

Hi Tamer,

Yes 1 minute interval time is actually quite good for your cronjob. Not many webhosting provider can provide cronjob in under 1 minute as far as I know.

Yes. If you can provide us with the cronjob access we can help to setup the cronjob interval for you.

Hello

If we can get the device id ( android or ios ) using easysocial then we can send push notification directly to the user ?

Hi Tamer,

I am sorry for the confusion here. Easysocial email notification only use to send notification as email instead of push notification and I am afraid it is not possible to achieve this currently as it require a lot of modifications to make it work.

Hope you understand.
