Purchased Komento Pro and unable to download

Hi,

I have just purchased Komento Pro and I'm unable to download.

Nothing shows in Dashboard.
Order tracker tracks nothing.
Email address used not searchable.
I have logged out and back in again with no change.

There is nothing more annoying than this! It probably that the Paypal email is different to my account email.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It looks like you have purchased with a different email address, hence the order isn't linked to your account. I have fixed this for you and the order will now appear in your account

Hi Mark,

Yes, i know what the issue is. It happened before with Easysocial. Whether I am logged in or not this happens. The payment system does not appear to give the option of not using the Paypal registered email.

Either way, no need to apologise for the delay responding as there wasn't any .....Was just one of those perfect moments. Put kids to bed, bottle of wine out, ready to explore Komento for the first time and........:....no download...( ....installed now though.
