I go to publish an article at a specific time. When I do this the article is published automatically. I also noticed that when I save an article, it is saving the article at a time that is what looks to be 6 hours ahead of my time. Is there something I could do to fix this? My articles are going out at the wrong times.

I've tried to create a blog post and the time of publish did shows up correctly for your site timezone which is Los Angeles, http://screencast.com/t/gleVCQvi .
