Thanks for understand.

I've checked in your site, it seems like when you click on that user profile page, it actually use this menu item id (302), you can check my attached screenshot below.

Since you set this menu item to only allow registered user can access, so public user unable to access these user profile page.

And I also realised you have created a few Easysocial user profile menu item, some of it set to public access and registered access, so the system will not know which one menu item should be use.

Perhaps you can try take a look of your current menu structure and see whether you need those user profile menu item?

To allow public user to access user profile page, you can just set that access to 'public', then they can able to access it without login.

Hope this will help.

Do you mean this "profile" menu? (screenshot : http://take.ms/ghlZk )
If yes, currently that was not possible to restricted this only show on registered user as long as that profile menu set to "public' access.

May i know how you populate that menu on the page?

ps. if i use the permalink for events: eg. http://www.crownlink.net/israelreise2018 then comes a error page.

Because you have set the "Easysocial event" menu only registered user can access , you can check my attached screenshot below.

Actually this `URL Shortener` plugin only for user profile URL, other group/event/page URL will not get any effect.

and waht the 1- forward?

This one is the event id append on the event permalink.

You're welcome.

I believe that is actually quite difficult to implement this is because system doesn't know that page alias whether is belong to group/event/page/userprofile page. Imagine following details :

User profile alias - https://www.crownlink.net/de/israelreise2018
Group alias - https://www.crownlink.net/de/israelreise2018
Event alias - https://www.crownlink.net/de/israelreise2018
Page alias - https://www.crownlink.net/de/israelreise2018

By the way, you can request this feature into our forum page -> https://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial/feature-requests-2
