Public Users cant see any discussions

Hi guys,
we are making testing for our future template, we buy an themeforest template based on helix framework,

we install easydiscuss and all great, but the public users cant see any discussions, we dont apply any permissions or ACL.

our temporary server is http://213.4.14.8/brand/index.php/support
