In frontend I got a warning message:
JFolder::create: Couldn't create folder Path: /../public_html/media/foundry/3.1/config/

Is it only for me to create the folder manually?

Can you help me check the permission setting for this file in your site?

By the way, can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can have a better understanding on your issue and able to assist you further on this.
