In the top image, the user "Pro-Services Test" (who is a registered user and should not have the ability to see friends or followers - in my case)

You can configure this privacy setting from your site backend > Easysocial > user > profile type > edit your profile type > privacy > configure that friend and follower privacy setting to friend only > make sure you have tick this option "Tick the checkbox to reset all user's default privacy under this profile. ( This will also reset previous privacy settings of items belong to the users.)" before save, so it will apply for all the existing user privacy.

So registered user shouldn't have the permission to view their friend and follower data.
