What I would like to do is offer members a help section.
For that I wanted to know if it was possible to add a link of menu in the menu or one can adjust the confidentiality of his profile?

I have understand that now. In order for you to achieved that, you can manually create a menu at Backend>Menu>Add new menu items and then select 'External Url' as shown https://screencast.com/t/o4hOARh0Kg and then put your 'Help Sections' link in it. it should redirect your user to designated pages. Please advice.
