Actually that number is belong to the user id.

In Easysocial 2, it will always append the id with the user alias for make sure that is not duplicate user alias. Because we received a lots of customer complain about this in the older version of Easysocial.

So we already build a new plugin in order to achieve this now, you have to install this `URL Shortener` plugin , what this plugin purpose is it will make the user profile link to shorter and you can able to turn off the "append ID" option from this plugin setting.
