when trying to put a Custom URL in profile.
It tells me to check availability

It tells me that it is available

Keep

But the custom URL is not created

How should I write it?

http://www.mysite.com/name

?

Why the url does not change my profile.

The purpose of the profile url is to not shorten the url. It's primary purpose is only used as an alias / permalink set by the user.

Also, you need to ensure that EasyDiscuss is configured to use the user's alias, https://take.ms/grie7 . It should be by default unless it was changed.
