Transition from Visitor to Member does not take place.
Hi there,

It is based on how you setup those points for you user actually. Maybe you can set as listed below
visitor - 0-8
member - 9-289
expert - 299-489

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Hi there,

It is working as it should as you can see here http://take.ms/PVR2Q. It will automatically change those profiles when you get the next points after you accomplished the range points set on your profile unlocker apps. Maybe you can give it a try and see how it goes

Hi Abdul,

Why did it not work my my users? Two of them should have transitioned. The account that you used to do your test is a superuser and newly created, so you're not replicating the problem that my users (testusers) are facing. Feel free to add points to my testusers e.g Solomon, or Apple and see .

Hi there,

It is working as it should as you can see here http://take.ms/GbsdX. It will change you automatically when you achieved new points for your profiles. For example, i tested with Apple exampleuser, he already have 10, then i enabled(Post a new update, get 10 points ), i post something, and it will change me the profiles automatically as in order for you to change those profiles, you need to achieved 10-299 points.

We doing the checking after you get new points, for all users on your site. Please give it a try first and see how it goes.

Hi Abdul, perhaps I misunderstood how it works.

(1) My users get one point each time a new person follows them. When appleuser has nine followers hes has 9 points. When a tenth person follows him, he has 10 points and should switch from visitor to member profile. How can i achieve this?

(2 ) In the future, when he goes from 299 points to 300 he should go to another profile (e.g Expert).

Hi there,

When appleuser has nine followers hes has 9 points. When a tenth person follows him, he has 10 points and should switch from visitor to member profile

You should set it to 9. Based on the codes, your are required to have higher than 10 points, that is 11, in order for you to automatically change the profiles. If you got 10 points, you still not eligible to change profile type. Maybe you can set it to 9, and see how it goes.

(2 ) In the future, when he goes from 299 points to 300 he should go to another profile (e.g Expert).

You need to set your "end points" for your first profile types into 298 and set your 'First End' for other profile type to 299, as when they achieved 300, it will change to other profile types, that is Expert profile types.

Hope this helps you understand how its works

Thanks Abdul. I assigned enough points to cause some users to have 12 points or more and transition to Member. But when I removed points, they did not transition back to Visitor.

On my website, if people stop following you, and you have (e.g ) 9 points, you cannot be a Member.

Hi there,

Yes, you are required to have 10 in order for them to be a member. That why i asked your to set on the profile unlocker to 9, as when the user achieved 10 points, they will changed to member automatically as 10 > 9(codes), ten is bigger than 9.

I assigned enough points to cause some users to have 12 points or more and transition to Member. But when I removed points, they did not transition back to Visitor.

You need to assign visitor another points(maybe 0-9). Once they achieved next points, they will changed to visitor profiles.

Please give it a try and see how it goes

No. You did not understand my point.

(1) When a person registers, they have the profile Visitor and have 0 points.
(2) They get a point each time a person follows them.
(3) When they get 10/11 points, they transition to Member and continue until about 299 when they are promoted.
(4) If people stop following them, they lose points. When they get to e.g 9 points they should transition BACK to Visitor. I tested this and they remain Member. This is a problem.
