profile type with Facebook registration

Dears,
I use easysocial with component jfbconnect, I have the need to set the type of user profile during registration with Facebook/other social networks through the component jfccontact since after can only be changed by the administrator backend.
how can I do? I tried already but I do not find the solution.

Hey Giuseppe,

By default, If you using Easysocial Facebook login integration, we have the option `simplified` and `normal` from backend > Easysocial > setting > facebook section.

If you set `simplified` mode, the user click sign in via Facebook button, the system will automatically assign the default profile type to them.

If you set `Normal` mode, they have a choice to select which profile type they want to register.

But If you using Jfbconnect integration with Easysocial, it would be best if you can consult with Jfbconnect developer regarding this and see is there a setting for this.

Thank you for the fast reply. I select login with ES FB integration with kay and secret kay form our app but I have error. You can test this in my site?

Do you mean you hitting this error when you click sign in via Facebook?

App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.


If yes, you have to set public mode from your Facebook apps, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.
