I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked your site and it looks like most of the profile types are configured to use the "Automatic Login" upon sign up.
When it is using the automatic login, the "First login redirection" settings will not be respected as this only occurs to user who manually logs in for the first time.
For the "Automatic login", you can configure this as shown here,
