Profile Type Customization with existing fields and apps

I have a unique situation with my site in that with a profile, sometimes, it isn't one person but rather a couple. In creating a profile type for a couple i noticed that the Gender field and Birthday field can only be added in one instance,

question, is it possible to have two gender and two birthday fields?

Next: An Idea for the future,, given my couple profile type,, I thought occurred,,,it would be nice if on the "person A" edit profile section,, he / she could add a personal photo and on the "person B" edit section,, likewise, they could add a personal photo too.

Currently, there is no way to add an image upload as an option when creating profile types.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Hm, not really sure if I understand you here. What do you mean by "Gender field" and "Birthday field" can only be added in one instance?

Did you mean that you can only add it once in a profile? If so, that's the correct behavior as these are unique fields and you can only have one instance of this field for the user because if you are trying to retrieve a gender of a person, it wouldn't make sense to have 2 gender's for the user?
