Profile type ACL for stream items

Just a quick question...

When setting the EasySocial profile type ACL, there are stream options to hide and/or delete stream items.
If this is enabled and the user deletes a stream item, is the stream item deleted only for them or for every user?
Hey there,

After enabling it, they can delete their own stream item EXCEPT for group, page and event's stream item.
