I created a normal test user to test the profile switching process.
However, the site stopped working after I selected a profile to switch to(attached). Please advice.

Was that Test6? I deleted the account as I believed it was fake/spam. Try again using "Stack" then a number "Stack1" that way I can identify you - feel free, thanks for the support and let me know if it works for you - somehow, you registered under a top tier profile type, which wasn't supposed to happen as that isn't the default profile type that I have set...it should have been "profile type C8", not "heritage"

Sure, I will create users starting with 'Stack'. Previously I believe the user I created was test2.

Just to confirm, to test this and get the error which you reported, I create new users under profile type C8, then switch to 'heritage' from the front-end?

Yes, correct - once the account is created, the error occurs when you try to change user types

I created a new user and tried switching profile types as the following on the front-end, but I did not encounter the error(screenshots attached).
c8 -> friends and family
friends and family -> Business, Corporations and LLC
Business, Corporations and LLC -> c8
c8 -> heritage

Am I missing something here? If you are experiencing the error on a specific user, perhaps you can provide us the account access to that user so we can try?
