Username display on profile which would be used to identify you on website.

Name that will be viewable when you click about me.

Currently, that how it behaving actually as it is using username through-out the site and your Full name will be shown on your about sections. For your full name, you need to check your current workflow accordingly and enable this settings http://take.ms/uaqdI
