Hi team,

I would like for the about profile of each user be visible to guest visitors - is this possible? Currently, I am able to view the list of users but when I say View Profile all I can see is one of the 5 tabs I have for each profile which is also empty!!

Also, I have the currency field included in the profile but an unable to view it in the front end? I have checked all settings - unable to find the issue....

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have check your site and it seems like your have set your privacy settings only for certain people to see. I have create 1 account on your site and here my screenshot of "about" which is displayed by guest: http://screencast.com/t/rpQIl4MEn . Perhaps you can change your privacy settings to display "about" on profile. You can change this configuration: Components > EasySocial > Users > (select user) > Privacy .

Regarding "5 tabs I have for each profile which is also empty", I believe it is because the information is not provided/filled in. So that why this is empty.

About the currency issue, we are still configuring this issue. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

It's actually dependent on the user's "privacy" actually. If your privacy allows everyone to view your profile then everyone would be able to

Hi Mark/Mohd,

Thanks for your replies! Following Mohd's directive figured out that when you disable privacy settings for a custom field and you want the field data to be public - then you need to change the default privacy setting for "WHO CAN VIEW MY OTHER ITEMS" to EVERYONE - that was the mistake I made. I was not sure what Other Items meant hence had kept the setting as Registered Users only.
