I just found out that we've used two emails to purchase products from Stackideas, including the URL shortner, QR code among many other apps for Easy Social.
In fact, I may need a refund since I just found out I purchased the same apps twice.
You can share with us which user account (email address) you purchased twice so we can able to check this on our system.
If your another account did purchased these app before, we will refund for you regarding these 2 apps.
But I would encourage that you should use your another user account request for support on our forum, this will help moderator to assist your current issue quickly.
Regarding with your initially issue, it should work fine now, this is what I did on your site :
1. Create a hidden menu item for "Easysocial - User Dashboard" layout (Alias call "community" ), if you would like to change another alias name then you have to purge the SEF URL Cache from backend Easysocial page.
2. Disable the "Enable SEF Urls To Use IDs" setting from backend.
3. I did applied some fix into this file on your site
/public_html/plugins/system/easysocialurl/easysocialurl.php , this fix will include in next release version.
4. Clear the SEF URL cache from backend.
