Profile pictures not indexing when uploaded

Hello Team,

I guess i'm your most franchised client with the new ES 2.1

Users are notifying us of their profile pictures not displaying when they upload them. I'll appreciate it if you could take a look.

Hi Michael,

I've tried to upload profile picture in your site, it seems it was uploaded and displays once I upload it(and it was update the avatar image in the search): http://take.ms/HEzvj
Perhaps, I've replicate this issue wrongly? Can you give a proper steps to replicate this issue?

You'll notice she has uploaded a profile picture but this is not being displayed.
