Hi,
Yesterday I had a profile picture on my page, but today it's disappeared, can you tell me how to get it back? The clkient is coming in today for a review, so this is urgent!

Marcus
Do you mean this user profile image (http://take.ms/omqrL) showing wrong image?

If yes, the only reason it doesn't show that image is because someone already changed his user avatar image yesterday.

But you can check on this folder and see if you can find his previous avatar uploaded image.

Hi Arlex,

No. It's the big horse picture that is missing! All the user profiles are now missing their big banner photo from the top, so it must be a glbal setting.

thanks
Marcus

It's the PROFILE picture that in this case should be showing an enormous horse! you can't miss it. If you need to create a login for yourself so that you can replicate it, please do so. The client will be here in 1 hour, I need to get this sorted!

Currently i still not really sure why it missing this 'enormous horse' avatar image on your site.

May i know this 'enormous horse' avatar image is it uploaded from you? And it should display this 'enormous horse' avatar image for all the new registered user if they doesn't upload any new avatar image on the site?

Based on what i checked on your site, this is your current photo who uploaded on your site, you can review it from backend here -> http://take.ms/Nf2Ef
