The "Profile Permalink" basically allows your user to change their permalink. For instance, if your username is "riyas", your permalink would be http://site.com/community/profile/riyas but if you don't want to use riyas, you could change it to "hello". Then, whenever anyone access your profile, it would be http://site.com/community/profile/hello instead.

Mine shows more like:

http://mysite.com/index.php/en/community/profile/65-justs

How can I get rid of/hide index.php/en and 65- ?

For the index.php, you have to tweak your htaccess file which you can follow this discussion: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4365129/htaccess-remove-index-php-from-url and I'm sorry but currently it is not possible to remove the ID from the profile permalink.
