Hi

Unable to update profile without changing already allocated permalink....

Is there an issue with ES1.3?

Thanks
Avinash
Hi,

Ah I've identified the issue. I've patched the permalink field on your site. Can you give it a try again and see if it works properly now?

Regarding the country field, it seems like it is having issues with names that have spaces. Currently I do not have a solution for this as I will need to discuss with the lead developer regarding this. For now you will have to change the country mode to either multilist or checkbox.

Hi,

Do you mean you are not able to save your profile if you didn't change your permalink?

I tested on your site and I seem to be able to save my profile without changing any values.

Hi Jason,

Apologies for the late reply,

Please check the profile of the person mentioned in the Site Details. The person has already registered and a permalink allocated but is being asked to change it as it is no longer valid?

Also, adding the Countries field is not allowing for United States or United Arab Emirates to be added to the field - which wasn't the case prior to 1.3.0

Thanks
Aviansh

Hi Jason,

Request you to login and try editing the files of the account mentioned with username access given...

1) Cannot add United States, United Arab Emirates, etc
2) Error is not being indicated just a message - there is an error in your form while saving...

I am trying to sort out the issue with the problem with permalink since I cannot modify the password of that account...

will send tht to you - details of this account as attached in Site Details

Cheers

Attached details of the account having issues with Permalink. The permalink was already saved and now on profile edit it says - invalid permalink. Also getting the below message on user accounts but not for the admin.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /..../..../media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/multidropdown/multidropdown.php on line 27
