If i understand correctly, do you mean if a user join / register to profile A, the user get x points, and if a user register to profile B, the user get y points? If that is the case, I am sorry but currently this is not possible at the moment. Same for joining a group

But for group, currently there is a 'general' rule where user will get certain points when he / she joining a group. Please see screencast.com/t/oIfnvYp18kq

No I wanted to create a profile, an example called VIPs. Achieved points tot he joined this profile. If you can not make a profile, you can do it with a group?
