It seems like the issue is coming from user profile simple url feature where your site does not recognized the view of the profile hence returning error when someone is trying to access the profile. As a temporary fix I've disabled simple url feature from your backend > easysocial > settings > users > display > allow simple url and we will continue to investigate on the issue on your site.

Regarding your issue with the simple url issue, I've added a fix on your site and now your EasySocial simple url should work correctly
You can re-enable the profile simple url from your backend > easysocial > settings > users > display > allow simple url.

Sure. Download the attached php file easysocial.php and copy the file to JOOMLA/plugins/system/easysocial/ and overwrite the existing file 'easysocial.php'. Remember to backup your original file before overwrite with the updated one.

The same fix will be added into next release of EasySocial as well
