Thank you for the answer but I tried allready to do like show in the screenshot that you give me but if i do so is not possible to edit/insert the value in the new registration also, i need to make not editable just for the edit profile, for the new, when the profile is create, must to be possible insert the value, the same "function" that have the field username on profile for make an esample.

I am desperately needing this, if it is not out of box ( I don't see it available in user profile type )
